Single Document (one page) $10 ($5 each additional)

Additional Documents: Travel Forms, School Forms, Affidavits, Oaths, Last Will & Testament, Parental Consents, Real Estate Documents, Medical Documents, Letter of Authorization, Transfer of Ownership, Billl of Sale, Job Forms, etc.
Travel Fee:If meeting anywhere other than the three libraries listed above, $10 for up to 10 miles $20 for up to 20 miles. Travel fees are convenience fees and are separate from Notary documents listed above.
NJ Acceptable Photo ID:
✓ State Issued Drivers License (no digital and unexpired)
✓ U.S. Passport Issued by the U.S. Department of State
✓ U.S. Military ID
✓ Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) Issued by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
